This project is a new, state-of-the-art children’s hospital located in the North Druid Hills community of Atlanta. The 23-floor high building features multiple products that make up its façade. The project was completed in 2 years and finished in July 2023. The materials used were Centria Formawall (76,000 sq ft.), Centria Versawall (31,000 sq ft.), Trespa (36,000 sq ft.), CS Louvers (9,000 sq ft.), IMPEC ACM (8,000 sq ft,). The Project Manager was Evan McMillen, and the Superintendent was Kerry Robertson. Division 1 framed the exterior of this project and was tremendous in working hand in hand with our team to ensure that things were framed in accordance with our metal panel needs.

The hospital added the MOB, which spans another 18 floors and is connected at several floors throughout the buildings. This project consisted of Centria Formawall (63,000 sq ft.), Centria Versawall (12,000 sq ft), Trespa (14,000 sq ft), and IMPEC ACM (6,000 sq ft.) We initiated this project as we were wrapping up the hospital, and it was completed in June 2024. Overall, it took approximately 3 years to complete our scope on this campus. While this job had its challenges, the crews took great pride in the big picture of what they were building for kids around the US. The Project Manager was Evan McMillen, and the Superintendent was Kerry Robertson.
