Off-Site Fabrication of Interior Walls

F L Crane & Sons has identified a way to better tackle some of the major challenges in the construction industry today and that is through our off-site construction methods.

Off-site and modular construction are two phases that are gaining steam in our world and we are going to be a part of it. These methods allow us to continue construction in controlled environments away from the elements that might disrupt a jobsite and it allows us to curb site waste due to less materials on a jobsite.

We have opened two new fabrication facilities where we are cold forming our own metal stud framing. Our current Ocean Springs, MS location has the equipment in place to manufacture metal studs at a width of 6” framing and up to 14ga.

Our Fulton, MS location has the equipment in place to manufacture our own metal studs at widths of 3-5/8” and 6” that will both roll up to 16ga material.

This equipment allows us to have the capability to manufacture unitized assemblies for load bearing and non-load bearing applications, as well as floor joists, and trusses.
