College

After 60 days as a new employee at F.L. Crane & Sons, you will then be eligible to enroll in Crane College.

Crane College comprises three courses, each with a maximum duration of one year.

• The chosen few program is designed for trainees who need to learn the basic tasks performed on the job.
• The blue blood program is an invitation-only course designed to further the trainee’s knowledge and advancement within the company.
  
  • Trainees will complete this course at a lead mechanic level.
• The elite program is an invitation-only course designed to further educate the lead mechanic. In this course, the trainee will learn all the responsibilities associated with the supervisor’s position.
